在线除盐防腐技术连续重整装置应用总结

摘要:

针对连续重整装置脱戊烷塔塔顶循环(顶循)系统的结盐腐蚀问题,对腐蚀原因进行了分析。采用在线除盐防腐技术,开发了“湍流分散-顺流洗涤-油水深度分离”除盐装置。工业运行结果表明:采用该在线除盐装置后,出口循环油的平均氯质量分数为0.116 μg/g,平均硫质量分数为0.137 μg/g,脱氯、脱硫效果明显;除盐装置出口循环油的平均水质量分数为7.450 μg/g,出口除盐水的平均油质量浓度为2.398 mg/L,实现了油水的深度分离,降低了顶循系统的水含量;空冷器出口腐蚀速率维持在极低水平,为0.08624 mm/a,可有效缓解脱戊烷塔塔顶设备的结盐腐蚀问题,对脱戊烷塔的安全、经济运行起重要作用。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of salt deposition and corrosion in the overhead circulating system of the de-pentanizer column in a continuous catalytic reforming unit, the causes of corrosion were analyzed. An online desalination and anti-corrosion technology was adopted, and a desalination equipment coupled with “turbulent dispersion-downstream washing-deep oil-water separation” was developed. Industrial operation results of the online desalination equipment showed that the average chlorine mass fraction in the outlet circulating oil was 0.116 μg/g, the average sulfur mass fraction was 0.137 μg/g, and the dechlorination and desulfurization effects were significant; the average water mass fraction in the outlet circulating oil was 7.450 μg/g, and the average oil mass concentration of the outlet desalinated water was 2.398 mg/L, achieving deep separation of oil and water and reducing the water content of the overhead circulating system; the corrosion rate at the outlet of the air cooler was maintained at an extremely low level of 0.08624 mm/a, effectively alleviating the salt deposition and corrosion of the equipment. This technology plays a significant role in the safe and economic operation of the de-pentanizer column.
