Abstract: The high concentration sewage produced during the overhaul of refining and chemical plant of F company is difficult to be treated because its poor quality and large quantity, which exceeds the treatment capacity of the sewage treatment unit, so it can only be continuously stored in the crude oil tank of the pant. Through using the rich capacity of the two columns of the sewage stripping unit, the COD concentration of high concentration sewage can be reduced to 248 mg/L, so as to meet the requirements of biochemical influent water quality, and the high concentration sewage stored in the crude oil tank of the plant can be treated quickly. It avoids the lack of time for static dehydration and waiting for analysis results due to the occupation of the crude oil tank, which makes it difficult to provide qualified feedstock with water content for the atmospheric and vacuum unit, and brings harm to its safety production. It also prevents the impact of high concentration overhaul sewage on sewage treatment system and ensures the safe operation of refining-petrochemical integration.

摘要: F公司炼化装置检修期间产生的高浓度污水因水质太差且量大,超过污水处理装置的处理能力而难于处理,只能暂存于厂区原油罐内。利用污水汽提装置二系列的富裕能力较快地处理掉储存于厂区原油罐内的高浓度检修污水,可将高浓度污水的COD降到248 mg/L,从而达到污水生化进水的要求。避免因占用厂区原油罐,导致厂区原油罐缺少静置脱水和等待分析结果的时间,难于给常减压装置提供含水合格的原料,给其安全生产带来危害;防止处理高浓度检修污水对污水处理系统的冲击,确保炼油化工一体化装置的安全运行。
