Abstract: Since the start-up of the 600,000 TPY continuous reforming unit of PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company, the coking problem has always existed in the reforming hydrogen booster compressor. The exhaust temperature excursion will be caused by the damage of the gas valve after the average operation of the booster set for 75 days. The causes of coking of the booster are analyzed, and measures such as optimizing the process conditions and upgrading the gas valve are taken to moderate the coking of the booster. The service life of the gas valve is greatly extended, the operation cycle of the set is increased to more than 180 days, and the inspection and maintenance cost can be saved by 2 million yuan every year. The operation cycle of the key set is extended to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.

摘要: 中国石油辽河石化公司600 kt/a连续重整装置自开工以来,重整氢增压机一直存在结焦问题,机组平均运行75 d就会因气阀损坏导致排气超温。分析了增压机结焦的原因,并采取了优化工艺条件、气阀升级改造等措施,缓解了增压机结焦状况,大幅延长了气阀使用寿命,机组运行周期提高到180 d以上,每年可节省检维修费用200万元,关键机组运行周期延长,保障了装置安全平稳运行。
