Abstract: “SINOPEC closed coke handling system (S-CCHS)” has been successfully put into operation and passed the scientific and technological appraisal of SINOPEC Group, realizing the closed and clean operation of the whole process of petroleum coke treatment, and the problem of large content of fine coke appeared in the promotion process. The source of fine coke is analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward. Finally, the calibration results achieves the expected purpose, which provides a reference for measures to reduce the content of fine coke in delayed coking unit.

摘要: “安全环保型延迟焦化密闭除焦、输送及存储成套技术(S-CCHS)”成功投运并通过了中国石化集团的科技鉴定,实现了石油焦处理全过程密闭清洁化操作,推广过程中出现了粉焦含量较大的问题,对粉焦的来源进行了分析,针对性地提出了改进措施。标定结果达到了预期目标,为延迟焦化装置减少粉焦含量提供参考。
