Abstract: The current situation and existing problems of anticorrosion industry in petrochemical industry are introduced. The technical support system for anticorrosion application is preliminarily explored. Decades of application experience and application research achievements in the petrochemical industry are lack of structured and systematic integration, and cannot be converted into application technology support to ensure the safe production of the unit. Through the exploration of the application experience research of the unit, it is proposed to combine the application experience and the application basic research with the unit as the carrier and the application as the guidance to form the application technology applicable to the refining unit. This can provide technical support for technicians related to corrosion prevention, realize the accumulation and inheritance of unit application technology, and significantly reduce safety risks. The FCC unit is used as a pilot study and verification, and the effect is remarkable.

摘要: 介绍了当前炼化行业防腐蚀行业的现状及存在问题。对防腐蚀应用技术支持体系进行了初步探索。石化行业几十年的应用经验和应用研究成果缺乏结构化、系统化的整合,无法转化为应用技术支撑,保障装置的安全生产。通过对装置应用经验研究的探索,提出将应用经验、应用基础研究以装置为载体、以应用为导向相互结合,形成适用于炼化装置的应用技术,并以催化裂化装置作为试点进行研究和验证,为防腐蚀相关技术人员提供技术支持,实现装置应用技术的积累和传承,显著降低安全风险。
