Abstract: Three kinds of crude oil(Xianhe crude oil, marine crude oil, and Gudao crude oil) extracted from SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield are selected as the research objects. Atomic absorption spectrometer is used to determine the metal content in crude oil and the calcium content in oilfield chemicals. The effects of oil production chemicals and gathering-transportation chemicals on the main metal content in crude oil are investigated. The results show that the metal of Shengli crude oil is mainly calcium and nickel. Oil production chemicals and gathering-transportation chemicals do not affect the nickel content of crude oil, and different gathering-transportation chemicals have no effect on the nickel and vanadium content of crude oil, indicating that the nickel and vanadium content of crude oil is not affected by dehydration and desalting conditions, as well as oil production chemicals, which may be related to their existing forms. The addition of oil production chemicals and gathering-transportation chemicals has a great influence on the existing form of calcium, and the influence degree is proportional to the acid number of crude oil. Surfactant based oilfield chemicals can promote the transfer of calcium from water to crude oil components, and calcium exists in the form of calcium naphthenate.

摘要: 选取胜利油田开采的现河原油、海洋原油和孤岛原油3种原油为研究对象,采用原子吸收光谱仪测定原油中的金属含量及油田化学剂中的钙含量,考察采油化学剂、集输化学剂对原油中主要金属含量的影响。结果表明:胜利原油金属主要以钙、镍为主;采油化学剂与集输化学剂不会影响原油镍含量,不同集输化学剂对原油中镍、钒含量没有影响,说明原油中镍、钒含量不受脱水/盐条件及采油化学剂的影响,这可能与其存在形态有关;采油化学剂与集输化学剂的加入对钙的存在形态影响较大,影响程度与原油酸值呈正比。表面活性剂类油田化学剂会促进水中钙向原油组分中转移,其中钙以环烷酸钙的形式存在。
