催化裂化装置三旋运行问题分析与对策

Abstract: The problems and the emergency repair measures of single pipe blockage, wear on cone transition, concentricity deviation, guide cone damage of the third stage cyclone of the regenerator in the FCCU of the No.2 Refinery of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company are introduced. The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of metal content of crude oil, metal content of equilibrium catalyst, physical properties of catalyst, operation parameters and the third stage cyclone body. Trace metal elements, fine powder of catalyst, operation fluctuation, design and installation problems of the third stage cyclone promote the scaling and efficiency reduction of the third stage cyclone. The preventive measures are put forward to ensure the safe and stable operation of the third stage cyclone.

摘要: 介绍了中国石油抚顺石化公司石油二厂催化裂化装置再生器第三级旋风分离器(三旋)出现的单管堵塞、筒锥过渡处磨损、同心度偏差、导流锥损坏问题和停工抢修措施。从原油金属含量、平衡剂金属含量、催化剂物性、操作参数、三旋本体进行了原因分析。微量金属元素、催化剂细粉、操作波动、三旋设计安装问题,导致了三旋的结垢和效率下降。针对性地提出了预防措施,为三旋的安全平稳运行提供保障。
