Abstract:
A large state-owned refinery uses a combination of H/COMET crude oil data management software and APS refining scheduling optimization software, fully utilizing H/COMET's crude oil evaluation database and modeling and cutting functions, as well as APS's multi oil blending and multi cycle scheduling functions, to carry out crude oil optimization blending, and scheduling work. The application results show that the deviation between the yield of each narrow fraction calculated using this combination and the actual yield is within ±0.5%, and the crude oil blending plan can be accurately and intuitively formulated; by coordinating crude oil resources, the balanced optimization blending of crude oil is achieved, stabilizing the feedstock properties of distillation units; by rolling simulating the changes in crude oil variety, side line yield, and properties of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation feedstock within a certain period, a basis can be provided for the adjustment and arrangement of subsequent secondary processing units. This article also analyzes the problems that exist in the practical modeling application of the two software and provides solutions. The combination application of the two software can provide reliable support and assurance for refinery production optimization, operation management, decision analysis, and so on.

某国有大型炼油厂将H/COMET原油数据管理软件和APS炼油调度优化软件组合,充分利用H/COMET的原油评价数据库和建模切割功能以及APS多油种调合和多周期排产功能,开展原油优化调合和调度排产工作。应用结果表明:使用该组合计算得到的各窄馏分收率实际差值在±0.5百分点以内,可以准确直观地制定原油调合方案;通过统筹原油资源,可实现原油的均衡优化调合,稳定蒸馏装置进料性质;通过滚动模拟一定周期内常减压蒸馏装置进料原油品种和侧线收率、性质的变化,可为后续二次加工装置的调整安排提供依据。分析了两款软件在实际建模应用中存在的问题,给出了解决措施。这两款软件组合应用可为炼油厂生产优化、运行管理、决策分析等提供可靠的支持和保障。
