Abstract: 介绍了某石化企业现有CFB(循环流化床)锅炉掺烧协同处置厂内固体废物的可行性试验情况。结果表明:CFB锅炉燃料中掺烧质量占比为4%的工业固体废物后,其废气中氮氧化物、二氧化硫、烟尘、氯化氢、二噁英、重金属等污染物排放稳定且达标,3项常规污染因子排放浓度远低于超低排放标准限值;飞灰及炉渣浸出毒性的各个指标均未超出危险废物鉴别标准,大部分指标未检出或远低于标准限值,飞灰及炉渣一般固体废物属性未改变;厂界环境空气质量监测结果表明,掺烧后未对周边环境空气质量产生不利影响。经过计算热值,掺烧2×10^4 t固体废物可替代锅炉燃料(石油焦)约4978 t,具有明显的环境效益和经济效益。
