Design of reactor pipeline in SINOALKY alkylation unit

Abstract: Sulfuric acid alkylation technology is the most widely used alkylation technology. A SINOALKY sulfuric acid alkylation unit adopts “N” type three-stage static mixing vertical reactor, which has high reaction efficiency and can make full use of space. The relevant reaction equipment is arranged close to each other, which can reduce the difficulty of pipeline layout, save the investment of the unit, and ensure the long-term, safe and stable operation of the unit. Combined with the characteristics and process requirements of reactor, the pipeline layout of acid hydrocarbon circulation reaction part should be short with few elbows, and the support position should be reserved reasonably. According to the corrosion characteristics of the pipeline, the material of the acid bearing pipeline is mainly carbon steel. 316 stainless steel or Alloy 20 shall be used for acid bearing pipeline with fluid flow rate greater than 0.9 m/s or unstable medium flow, and Alloy 20 shall be used as valve material. By strengthening the foundation and beam column of the front platform of the acid hydrocarbon circulating pump and reasonably setting the support, the vibration problem of the pipeline is effectively solved.

摘要: 硫酸法烷基化技术是目前使用最为普遍的烷基化技术。某SINOALKY 硫酸烷基化装置采用“N”型三段静态混合立式反应器,反应效率高,能够充分利用空间,相关反应设备靠近布置,降低了管道布置难度,节约了装置投资,确保了装置长期、安全、平稳运行。结合反应器的特点及工艺要求,酸烃循环反应部分管道布置应做到管道长度短、弯头数量少,并合理预留支架位置。根据装置管道腐蚀特点,涉酸管道的材质以碳钢为主。对于流体流速大于 0.9 m/s 或介质流动不稳定的涉酸管道,采用 316 不锈钢或 Alloy 20 合金,阀门材质选用 Alloy 20 合金。通过加固酸烃循环泵前平台基础及平台梁柱、合理设置支架,有效解决了管道的振动问题。
