Abstract: The physicochemical properties and polymerization mechanism of styrene were briefly described. The effect of the new polymerization inhibitor TH-ZJ02 on the polymerization of styrene at different temperatures and concentrations was studied. The results showed that the polymerization of styrene could be significantly inhibited by the synergistic effect of DNBP and the inhibitor at 90~120 ℃. Combined with the first industrial application of the polymerization inhibitor, it showed that TH-ZJ02 had a good polymerization inhibition effect during the production and operation of the styrene rectification system, which could reduce 23.3% polymer and 9.6% of tar production, reduce the loss of styrene monomer, reduce the operating cost of the device by 4.53 yuan every ton styrene, and increase economic benefits. At the same time, the successful industrial application of this inhibitor broke the dependence on foreign products and technical barriers, and accumulated experience for the application and promotion of this domestic product.

摘要: 简述了苯乙烯的理化性质及聚合机理,研究了新型精馏阻聚剂TH-ZJ02在不同温度和浓度下对苯乙烯聚合产生的影响,结果表明该阻聚剂在90~120 ℃与2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚协同作用能显著抑制苯乙烯聚合。结合该阻聚剂的首次工业化应用,表明TH-ZJ02在苯乙烯精馏系统生产运行过程中有良好的阻聚效果,能减少23.3%聚合物生成量和9.6%焦油生成量,减少苯乙烯单体的损失,使装置的运行成本降低4.53元/t苯乙烯,增加经济效益;同时,该阻聚剂的成功工业化应用,打破了对国外产品的依赖和技术壁垒,为该国产化产品的应用及推广积累了经验。
