Abstract: This article introduces the situation of a company's atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit processing inferior crude oil to produce high-grade road asphalt. The company's atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit uses the method of processing Basra Medium crude oil blended with low sulfur crude oil from eastern Hebei and northern China to produce asphalt products. In order to balance the production of asphalt and the operation of the residual oil hydrogenation unit, the unit cannot process inferior crude oil, and the 10℃ ductility of asphalt products does not meet the requirements of the high-grade road asphalt standard in JTG F40—2004 Technical Specification for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction. Optimize the production and operation of the equipment: select low-quality crude oil varieties with low wax content, high aromatic hydrocarbon and asphalt content; optimize tank area configuration and scheduling arrangements, separate transportation and refining with other crude oils, and avoid mixing unsuitable crude oils; add a fourth line extraction to the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit to prevent wax components from mixing into asphalt, and adjust the operation of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in a timely manner for asphalt production, which can achieve stable production of high-grade road asphalt. After optimizing the equipment, processing inferior mixed crude oil such as Basra Medium, the asphalt product has a 10℃ ductility greater than 50 cm and a residual 10℃ ductility of 11 cm, meeting the requirements of Class A asphalt standards. The economic benefits increased by 30.95 million yuan per month.

摘要: 介绍了某公司常减压装置加工劣质原油生产高等级道路沥青情况。该公司常减压装置采用加工巴中原油掺炼部分冀东、华北低硫原油生产沥青产品。为兼顾沥青生产和渣油加氢装置操作,该装置不能加工劣质原油,沥青产品10℃延度不满足JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》中高等级道路沥青标准要求。对装置生产和操作进行优化:选择蜡含量低,芳烃、沥青含量低的劣质原油品种;优化罐区配置、调度安排,与其他原油分输分炼,避免掺混不适宜原油;常减压装置增设减四线抽出,防止蜡组分混入沥青中,并针对沥青生产及时调整常减压装置操作,可实现高等级道路沥青稳定生产。装置优化后,加工巴重原油等劣质混合原油,沥青产品10℃延度大于50cm,残留延度(10℃)11cm,达到A级沥青标准要求,经济效益增加3095万元/月。
