延迟焦化高效转化重质馏分油工艺研究

Abstract:

To tackle the problem of low thermal conversion efficiency of high aromatic hydrocarbon such as heavy distillate and oil slurry processed by delayed coking unit at low temperature, a novel delayed coking process for the efficient conversion of heavy distillate has been put forward. In this method, heat the heavy coking cycle gas oil to 500 - 520℃ and the vacuum residue to 490 - 500℃ in the coking heater, and then mix them into the coking tower to complete the high-temperature deep conversion.

摘要：

针对延迟焦化装置加工重质馏分油、催化裂化油浆等高芳烃原料在低温下热转化率较低的问题，提出了延迟焦化高效转化重质馏分油工艺。即将重质焦化循环蜡油与常规减压渣油（减渣）分别在焦化炉内单独加热，焦化循环蜡油加热至500～520℃，减渣加热至490～500℃，二者混合进焦炭塔完成高温深度转化。新工艺可提高减渣和焦化蜡油在焦炭塔内的反应温度，提高原料的一次转化深度，改善产品分布。以焦化循环蜡油为原料，用中试装置研究了减渣与焦化循环蜡油的焦化性能。结果表明：与传统工艺相比，采用新工艺气体收率增加0.71个百分点，液体收率增加2.14个百分点，焦炭收率降低2.85个百分点。
