Analysis of octane number loss in PHG selective gasoline hydrogenation unit

PHG选择性汽油加氢装置辛烷值损失原因分析

Abstract: The influence of operating conditions on octane number of blended gasoline in PHG selective gasoline hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical Company was investigated. The results showed that the influence factors of gasoline octane number loss were pre-hydrogenation unit operation conditions, light gasoline production and hydrodesulfurization reactor inlet temperature. According to the above factors and the actual production situation, the minimum inlet temperature of pre-hydrogenation reactor was 136 ℃, the minimum reflux ratio of fractionator was 0.50, the maximum output ratio of light gasoline was 0.37, and the minimum inlet temperature of hydrodesulfurization reactor was 215 ℃. After optimization, the loss of octane number was reduced from 1.3 unit to 0.6 unit, which achieved the purpose of reducing the loss of octane number.

摘要: 考察了中石油云南石化有限公司PHG选择性汽油加氢装置操作条件对混合汽油辛烷值的影响。结果表明:汽油辛烷值损失的影响因素有预加氢单元操作条件、轻汽油采出量和加氢脱硫反应器入口温度。根据以上影响因素,结合实际生产情况进行优化得出,预加氢反应器最低入口温度为136 ℃,分馏塔最小回流比为0.50,轻汽油最大采出比例为0.37,加氢脱硫反应器最低入口温度为215 ℃。优化后,辛烷值损失从优化前的1.3单位降低至0.6单位,达到了降低辛烷值损失的目的。
