This article reviews the main deoxygenation technologies in industrial applications and research, analyzes the characteristics of the deoxygenation process in electrolytic water hydrogen production facilities, and discusses the adaptability of various deoxygenation technologies to electrolytic water hydrogen production facilities. Using the mixture explosive triangle diagram, the explosion zones of hydrogen and oxygen mixtures, as well as methane and oxygen mixtures, were analyzed, and it was pointed out that the explosion hazard zone of hydrogen in the air was much greater than that of methane in the air. Based on this, it was proposed that the gas mixture obtained by using the separation method deoxygenation technology had a significant safety risk of forming explosive hazard mixtures. Based on the comparison of catalytic oxidation deoxygenation and chemical absorption deoxygenation, some suggestions were made for the selection of deoxygenation technology for hydrogen production by electrolytic water.

对工业应用和在研的主要脱氧技术进行了梳理，分析了电解水制氢设施脱氧过程特点，讨论了各种脱氧技术对电解水制氢设施的适用性。利用混合物爆炸三角形区域图分析氢气和氧气混合物、甲烷和氧气混合物的爆炸区域，得出：氢气在空气中的爆炸危险区域远大于甲烷在空气中的爆炸危险区域。因此，采用分离法脱氧技术获得的气体混合物，存在较大的形成爆炸危险混合物的安全风险。对比了催化氧化法脱氧技术和化学吸收法脱氧技术，对电解水制氢脱氧技术的选用提出了建议。
