Industrial application of high butylene selective FCC additive HBC-B

高丁烯选择性HBC-B催化裂化助剂的工业应用

Abstract:

The industrial application of the new type high butylene selective additive HBC-B in the 2.9 Mt/a MIP-CGP catalytic cracking unit of SINOPEC Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. was introduced. HBC-B additive adopts the in-situ modification technology of newly developed medium-large pore matrix and multi-stage pore special molecular sieve, which is used to increase the concentration of butene in LPG and thereby increase the production of butene. The industrial application results show that when HBC-B additive accounts for 2.7% of the catalyst inventory in the system, the yield of butene increases by 0.71 percentage points, among which the yield of isobutene increases by 0.17 percentage points, and the volume fraction of butene in LPG increases by 2.47 percentage points. The product distribution has been improved, with a 0.49 percentage point increase in LPG yield, a 0.24 percentage point increase in gasoline yield, a 0.91 percentage point decrease in total diesel and slurry yield, and comparable dry gas and coke yields. The industrial application results show that HBC-B additive has good selectivity for butene and strong heavy oil conversion ability.

介绍了新型高丁烯选择性催化助剂HBC-B在中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司2.9 Mt/a MIP-CGP催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。HBC-B丁烯助剂采用新开发的中大孔基质和多级孔特殊分子筛的原位改性技术,用于提高液化石油气中丁烯浓度,进而增产丁烯。工业应用结果表明:当HBC-B助剂占系统催化剂藏量的2.7%时,丁烯收率增加了0.71个百分点,其中异丁烯收率增加了0.17个百分点,液化石油气中丁烯体积分数增加了2.47个百分点;产品分布改善,液化石油气收率增加了0.49个百分点,汽油收率增加了0.24个百分点,柴油和油浆总产率降低了0.91个百分点,干气和焦炭产率相当。工业应用结果表明,HBC-B助剂具有较好的丁烯选择性,兼具较强的重油转化能力。
