Abstract:

The natural gas short process low-carbon purification technology independently developed by SINOPEC was adopted in the construction of the desulfurization station in SINOPEC Chuanxi gas field. Based on the LS-05 catalyst, a new type of carrier with multi-stage pore formation and step-by-step integration was used to match the active components reasonably, and the catalyst pore structure and surface weakly alkaline active site quantity and strength were directionally controlled, further improving the hydrolysis activity of the catalyst, and the low-temperature COS hydrolysis catalyst LS-05L was developed. After industrial production, the catalyst has been applied in various desulfurization stations in the SINOPEC Chuanxi gas field, and all desulfurization stations have been running normally since they started operation. After running for a period of time, the unit underwent industrial calibration. The calibration results showed that the operating temperature of the hydrolysis reactor was 96℃, and the catalyst could operate stably under the condition of reaction temperature below 100℃, with a hydrolysis rate higher than 98%, meeting the technical requirements (not less than 95%) for COS hydrolysis rate. The mass concentration of COS in purified natural gas was less than 0.4 mg/m³, and the total sulfur was less than 20 mg/m³, meeting the technical requirements of the new national standard for Class I gas.

中石化川西气田脱硫站的建设采用中国石化自主开发的天然气短流程低碳化净化技术,在LS-05催化剂基础上,采用多级成孔、分步集成的新型载体,合理匹配活性组分,定向调控了催化剂孔结构和表面弱碱性活性位数量及强度,进一步提高了催化剂的水解活性,开发出了低温型COS水解催化剂LS-05L。催化剂工业生产后在川西气田各脱硫站陆续进行了工业应用,各站开工后均运行正常。运行一段时间后对装置进行了工业标定。标定结果表明:水解反应器运行温度为96℃,催化剂可在反应温度低于100℃的工况下稳定运行,水解率高于98%,满足COS水解率不低于95%的技术指标要求;净化天然气中COS质量浓度小于0.4 mg/m³,总硫低于20 mg/m³,满足新国标一类气技术指标要求。
