加氢裂化装置高压换热器选型分析

Abstract: The screw-lock ring heat exchanger is a conventional type in fixed bed hydrocracking unit. The spiral wound exchanger is a relatively compact and efficient heat exchange equipment which has been used in high pressure hydrogenation unit since 2007. The structure characteristics, processing ability, practical experience and operation data analysis of the two type heat exchangers are compared. The results show that the reliability of spiral wound exchanger is higher, and the risk of tube/shell internal leakage is relatively small; the pressure drop is small, which can reduce the energy consumption of the unit; the heat exchange area is large, and the treatment capacity is large, which can save land, materials and construction costs. With the development trend of large-scale wax oil hydrocracking unit, the application of spiral wound exchanger will be more advantageous.

摘要: 螺纹锁紧环式换热器是固定床加氢裂化装置中常用的传统换热器。缠绕管式换热器2007年开始应用于高压加氢装置,是一种结构相对紧凑的高效换热设备。对两种类型换热器的结构特点、工艺处理能力、实际应用经验和数据分析等方面进行了对比。结果表明,缠绕管式换热器可靠性较高,发生管/壳程内漏的风险相对较小;压力降小,可降低装置能耗;换热面积大,处理能力大,可节约用地、材料及施工费用。随着蜡油加氢裂化装置大型化的发展趋势,缠绕管式换热器的应用将更有优势。
