Summary of development and industrial application of high-efficiency Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst

Abstract:

LSH-03G high-efficiency Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst are introduced, and the catalyst is commercially tested in an industrial installation. The catalyst has good preparation repeatability and activity, and meets the requirements of catalyst technical indicators. The industrial application of LSH-03G catalyst is carried out in No. 5 desulfurization station of Sinopec Chuaxi Natural Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd. The calibration results show that the parameters of the unit operate normally; The hydrogenation conversion rate of SO₂ is 100.00%, the average hydrolysis rate of organic sulfur is 93.45%, and the average CO conversion rate is 97.09%. The LSH-03G catalyst meets the requirements of No. 5 desulfurization station of the sulfur recovery unit of Sinopec Chuaxi Natural Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd. The total sulfur recovery rate of the unit is 99.96%, which meets the design index requirements of the unit.

摘要:

开发了LSH-03G高效克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂并在工业装置上进行了试生产。该催化剂具有良好的制备重复性及活性,满足催化剂技术指标要求。在中国石化川西天然气勘探开发有限公司5号脱硫站进行了LSH-03G催化剂的工业应用。标定结果表明:装置各项参数运行正常;SO₂加氢转化率为100.00%,有机硫水解率平均值为93.46%,CO变换率平均值为97.09%,LSH-03G催化剂满足装置的使用要求;装置总硫回收率为99.96%,满足设计指标要求。
