Abstract:

The main characteristics of petrochemical plants related to fire are medium and high atmospheric corrosive environment, flammable and explosive, prone to fire and rapid fire development. At the same time, petrochemical plants are structures that use a large number of steel structures, so it is necessary to carry out fire protection for the main frame steel structures. In the past 20 to 30 years, due to the improvement of scientific and technological and the unification of relevant requirements and standards for fire retardant coatings for steel structures of petrochemical plants at home and abroad, the production, design, construction, acceptance and other aspects of fire retardant coatings for steel structures of petrochemical plants have been gradually standardized. The investigation results of the actual situation of some engineering projects show the importance of selecting fireproof coatings that meet the hydrocarbon fire of petrochemical plants. The selection scheme of fire retardant coatings for petrochemical plants provided in this paper can provide reference for engineering projects.

摘要：

石化生产装置易燃易爆、容易发生火灾且火灾发展迅速。石化装置大量使用钢结构，对主框架钢结构进行防火保护很有必要。近二三十年来，由于科技水平的提高及对石化装置钢结构用防火涂料相关要求及标准的统一，石化装置钢结构防火涂料的生产、设计施工、验收逐步标准化和正规化。调研了部分工程项目，结果说明石化装置烃类火灾防火涂料的选择至关重要，给出了石化装置防火涂料选用方案，可为同类工程项目提供参考。
