Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as environmental protection, safety, energy consumption, land occupation of viscous oil unloading process with self-unloading tank, the viscous oil unloading process without self-unloading tank is developed. After cancelling self-unloading tank,DN600 large diameter manifold is used as buffer tank in front of pump, twin-screw pump is used for transferring oil, and double-flange remote level gauge is set to predict the completion time of unloading. There is no need to set the supporting facilities such as the exhaust treatment of the self-unloading tank and the high point exhaust pipe of manifold. After applying the new process, it has reached the design capacity of unloading 1.0 Mt fuel oil per year, with the advantages of zero discharge on site, high unloading efficiency, predictable completion time, small land occupation, low investment and operation costs.

摘要: 为解决黏油零位罐卸车流程在环保、安全、能耗、损失、占地等方面存在的问题,设计了黏油无零位罐卸车流程。取消零位罐后,以DN600的大管径汇油管兼作泵前缓冲罐,转油泵使用螺杆泵,设置双法兰远传液位计来预判卸车完成时间,不再需要设置零位罐尾气处理、汇油管高点排气管等配套设施。新流程应用后,达到了年卸燃料油1.0 Mt的设计能力,具有卸车现场零排放、卸车效率高、完成时间可预判、占地小、投资和运行费用低等优点。
