深度处理工艺在炼油污水水质提标改造中的应用

Abstract: The concentrated water of reclaimed water after reused and reverse osmosis (RO) concentrated water in refinery wastewater treatment plant have high inorganic salt content, high hardness and poor biodegradability. The concentrated water of reclaimed water after reused and RO concentrated water are mixed with the effluent from the wastewater treatment plant. The process flow of “regulating tank + high-density sedimentation tank + ozone catalytic oxidation tank + improved multi-stage biological aerated filter + micro sand and carbon high-efficiency sedimentation tank” is adopted. The treated effluent can meet the standard A in DB 61/224—2018 “Integrated wastewater discharge standard of Yellow river basin in Shaanxi province”. The COD of effluent is below 30 mg/L, and removal rate is higher than 62.5%; ammonia nitrogen is below 0.8 mg/L, and removal rate is higher than 94.7%; total nitrogen is below 15 mg/L, and removal rate is higher than 50.0%; suspended solid is below 10 mg/L, and removal rate is about 85.7%; petroleum is below 1.0 mg/L, and removal rate is higher than 80.0%; total phosphorus is not detected. The effect of advanced treatment is good, and it is worth popularizing.

摘要: 炼油污水厂中的中水回用浓水和反渗透浓水的无机盐类含量高、硬度高、可生化性差。将中水回用浓水和反渗透浓水与污水处理场出水混合处理,采用调节罐+高密度沉淀池+臭氧催化氧化池+改良多级曝气生物滤池+微砂加炭高效沉淀池的工艺流程,处理后出水能够达到DB 61/224—2018《陕西省黄河流域污水综合排放标准》中的指标A标准。运行数据显示,出水化学需氧量(COD)低于30 mg/L(质量浓度,下同),去除率高于62.5%;氨氮低于0.8 mg/L,去除率高于94.67%;总氮低于15 mg/L,去除率高于50%;悬浮物低于10 mg/L,去除率约85.71%;石油类低于1 mg/L,去除率高于80%;总磷未检出。深度处理效果较好,具有推广意义。
