摘要: 在内外部环境影响下,炼油企业很多时候会面临生产装置低负荷运行的工况,低负荷运行装置在产品质量、生产设备、装置能耗、工艺防腐、安全环保等方面存在诸多挑战。以某炼油厂连续重整装置低负荷运行期间出现的产品质量、生产设备、装置能耗、工艺防腐、安全问题为例进行分析,结合相关措施的实施,装置在低负荷条件下保持了安全平稳运行。对于装置低负荷运行有借鉴意义。

Abstract: Under the influence of internal and external environment, oil refining enterprises are often faced with the working condition of low-load operation of production units. Low load operation units face many challenges in product quality, production equipment, energy consumption, process corrosion prevention, safety and environmental protection, etc. In this paper, the problems such as product quality, production equipment, energy consumption, process corrosion prevention and safety and environmental protection occurred during the low load operation of the continuous reforming unit of a refinery were analyzed. Combined with the implementation of relevant measures, the unit could keep safe and stable operation under low load condition. It can be used for reference for the low load operation of related units.
