石油化工管廊隧道气体探测器布置探讨

Discussion on the layout of gas detectors in petrochemical pipe gallery tunnel

摘要: 采用Fire Dynamic Simulation (FDS)软件对石油化工管廊隧道内正常通风工况下的流场进行三维数值模拟研究,得到隧道不同高度处流场的特征参数变化规律。结果表明:随着高度的增加,不同高度处隧道横截面上的空气平均流速分别为1.75,2,3.5,7.5 m/s,最高分别达到了3.5,4,7,15 m/s,设计时应考虑在每2台射流风机中间位置处设置可燃或有毒气体探测器,即每隔80 m设置一台气体探测器。建议当射流风机开启260 s后,工作人员佩戴好个人防护用品方可进入隧道检修通道例行巡逻。

Abstract: The FDS (Fire Dynamic Simulation) software is used to simulate the air flow field under normal ventilation condition in petrochemical pipe gallery tunnel, the change regularity of characteristic parameters of flow field at different heights in the tunnel is obtained. The results show that as the height increases, the average velocity of air on cross section of tunnel at different heights is 1.75, 2, 3.5, 7.5 m/s, respectively, and the highest velocity reaches 3.5, 4, 7, 15 m/s. In the design, combustible or toxic gas detectors should be set in the middle of every two jet fans, and every two gas detectors are separated by 80 meters. When the jet fans are opened for 260 seconds, staffs are advised to wear personal protective equipment before entering the tunnel for routine patrol.
