LNG接收站工艺处理设施管廊管道设计要点

摘要: 介绍了工艺处理设施在接收站中的重要性、BOG蒸发气再冷凝工艺关键设备以及工艺处理设施平面布置的原则和注意事项。简述了管廊管道布置的一般原则,从π型补偿器的布置、限位支架的设置、冷拱效应、水锤荷载等几个方面着重论述了低温管道的特殊性。在进行管道材料选择、管道布置、应力分析及施工检验时,均应充分考虑低温介质设计条件对整个管道设计的影响,以保证工程设计的质量和安全。介绍了热力安全阀的管道布置及管道预留接口的设置,并对专业委托条件提出一些注意事项。

Abstract: This paper introduces the importance of process treatment facility in LNG terminal. The key equipments in BOG re-condensation process and the principles and precautions of plot plan of process treatment facilities are introduced. This article briefly describes the general principles of pipe rack piping layout, and focuses on the particularity of low-temperature piping from the aspects of π type compensator layout, limited support setting, thermal bowing effect, water hammer load and so on. During the selection of piping material, piping layout, stress analysis and construction inspection, the impact of low-temperature medium design conditions on the whole piping design shall be fully considered to ensure the quality and safety of engineering design. This paper introduces the piping layout of thermal safety valve and the setting of piping reserved interface, and puts forward some precautions for piping design conditions dilivery to civil.
