MTP工艺副产混合芳烃非芳烃馏分催化裂解实验研究

Study on catalytic cracking of non-aromatic fractions of mixed aromatics byproducts by MTP process

摘要:

以MTP(甲醇制丙烯)工艺副产混合芳烃为研究对象,采用实沸点蒸馏仪以100℃为切割点对MTP混合芳烃进行蒸馏切割。切割后的<100℃非芳烃馏分烯烃含量较高,约占混合芳烃总量的50%。对再生ZSM-5催化剂在克级催化裂化装置上的催化裂解反应特点及产物分布进行了研究。结果表明:混合芳烃<100℃非芳烃馏分、水、甲醇混合进料时,催化剂再生干气平均产率为5%左右;随反应时间延长,液化石油气(C3+C4)产率呈缓慢下降趋势;液相C+5平均产率在60%左右,随反应时间延长,芳烃含量与烯烃含量变化趋势相反;液相C+5组分密度较非芳烃馏分稍有增加,随反应时间延长,该组分密度整体呈现下降趋势;反应初期部分样品诱导期超过480 min,满足国Ⅵ汽油标准要求,随反应时间延长,产物氧化诱导期呈逐渐缩短趋势。

Abstract:

The mixed aromatic hydrocarbons produced by MTP(methanol to propylene) process were studied by using a real boiling point distillation apparatus at 100 ℃. The <100 ℃ non-aromatic fraction after cutting has a higher olefin content, and its mass fraction is about 40%, accounting for about 50% of the total amount of mixed aromatic hydrocarbons. The catalytic cracking reaction characteristics and product distribution of regenerated ZSM-5 catalyst in a gram catalytic cracking unit were studied. The results show that the average yield of regenerated dry gas is about 5% when the non-aromatic fraction(< 100 ℃) mixed with water and methanol as feed. With the extension of reaction time, LPG(C3+C4) shows a slow decreasing trend. The average yield of C+5 in the liquid phase is about 60%, and the aromatic content is opposite to the olefin content with the extension of reaction time. The aromatic content in the non-aromatic fraction < 100 ℃ is significantly higher than that in the mixed aromatic fraction. The density of C+5 components in the liquid phase is slightly higher than that of the non-aromatic fractions, and the density showed a decreasing trend as the reaction time is prolonged. In addition, the induction period of some samples in the initial reaction stage could exceed 480 min, meeting the requirements of the Guo Ⅵ gasoline standard.
