普光气田硫磺湿法成型与安全绿色储存成套技术应用总结

摘要:

硫磺是一种特殊的化工原料,在我国消耗量大,进口依存度高。随着我国高含硫气田的开发投产,酸性天然气成为国产硫磺的主要来源。针对传统干法技术成型规模小、成本高等难题,中国石化普光气田创新开发了高效湿法成型、精准粉尘防控、安全绿色储存等系列技术,建成了亚洲最大的硫磺生产基地;揭示了大规模液硫固化规律,研制了我国首套湿法成型装备,单体生产能力达90 t/h,产品优质率100%;揭示了硫磺粉尘燃爆规律,建成了首套全流程粉尘防控系统,气相空间中硫磺粉尘质量浓度低于3 mg/m3;建成了50 dam3液硫储罐、114 kt硫磺安全储存系统,实现了逸散废气资源化综合利用。硫磺湿法成型与安全绿色储存成套技术的成功应用,促使我国硫磺进口依存度下降了26百分点。

Abstract:

Sulfur is a special chemical raw material, which is consumed in large quantities and highly dependent on imports in China. With the development and production of high sulfur gas fields in China, acid gas has become the main source of sulfur for domestic production. Faced with the challenges of small scale and high cost of traditional dry molding, Puguang Gas Field has innovatively developed a series of technologies such as efficient wet molding, precise dust prevention and control, and safe and green storage, establishing the largest sulfur production base in Asia. By revealing the large-scale solidification law of liquid sulfur, the first wet molding equipment in China has been developed, with a monomer capacity of 90 t/h and a product quality rate of 100%. Revealed the law of sulfur dust explosion, built the first full process dust prevention and control system, with a gas phase dust concentration less than 3 mg/m3. The 50 dam3 liquid sulfur storage system and 114 kt solid sulfur storage system have been built, and the scattered waste gas has been comprehensively utilized as a resource. The successful application of the complete set of technologies for sulfur wet molding and safe and green storage has reduced China's dependence on sulfur imports by 26 percentage points.
