生产100号道路沥青影响因素分析及应对措施

摘要: 某公司溶剂脱沥青装置利用重油浆和脱油沥青调和法生产道路沥青。在装置进料性质发生变化后,调和100号道路沥青时经常出现产品不合格的情况,严重影响了脱油沥青和重油浆的生产后路,不利于装置的安全平稳生产。基于生产现状,深入分析了影响100号道路沥青调和的因素,包括重油浆小于350℃含量、脱油沥青软化点、重油浆和脱油沥青调和比例等。研究得出快速生产100号道路沥青的方法:在保证脱油沥青性质、进罐量稳定的基础上,按照“宁重勿轻”的原则进行一次调和;结合一次调和的针入度结果,按比例加入重油浆进行二次调和。该方法有效提高了100号道路沥青的产量,为同类型装置利用调和法生产100号道路沥青提供了借鉴。

Abstract: The solvent deasphalting unit of a certain company uses heavy oil slurry and deoiled asphalt blending method to produce road asphalt. After the change of feedstock quality in the unit, the production of No. 100 road asphalt often results in substandard products, which seriously affects the production of deoiled asphalt and heavy oil slurry, and is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the unit. Based on the current production situation, this paper deeply analyzes the factors affecting the blending of No. 100 road asphalt, including the content of heavy oil slurry less than 350°C, the softening point of deoiled asphalt, and the blending ratio of heavy oil slurry and deoiled asphalt. A method for rapidly producing No. 100 road asphalt is proposed: on the basis of ensuring the quality and stable intake of deoiled asphalt, the "prefer heavier than lighter" principle is followed for the first blending; based on the penetration results of the first blending, the heavy oil slurry is added proportionally for the second blending. This method effectively improves the yield of No. 100 road asphalt and provides reference for similar units to produce No. 100 road asphalt by blending method.
