石化行业甲类仓库火灾防控对策研究

Research on fire prevention and control countermeasures of petrochemical class A warehouse

以某甲类液体化学品仓库(甲类仓库)为研究对象,采用FDS三维火灾模拟软件对火灾工况下烟气流动特征温度进行监测,研究堆垛高度及自然排烟窗面积在建筑面积的占比对仓库的火灾危险性及烟气控制效果的影响。结果表明:在火源的热释放速率不超过5 MW时,建议仓库内化学品堆垛高度不超过1.0 m;在火源热释放速率超过10 MW时,建议仓库加装机械排烟系统;在火源热释放速率小于10 MW时,建议将仓库自然排烟窗占建筑面积百分比控制在5%以上。

Abstract:

Taking a Class A liquid chemical warehouse as the research object, the impact of stacking height and natural smoke exhaust window area ratio relative to the building area on the fire hazard and smoke control effectiveness in the warehouse is investigated, using the FDS (Fire Dynamic Simulation) three-dimensional fire simulation software to monitor the characteristic parameter temperature of smoke flow under fire conditions. The results show that when the heat release rate does not exceed 5 MW in the warehouse, it is recommended that the maximum stacking height should be 1.0 m; when the heat release rate exceeds 10 MW, it is recommended to install the mechanical smoke exhaust system in the warehouse; and when the heat release rate is less than 10 MW, it is recommended to control the natural smoke exhaust window area ratio to be over 5% relative to the building area.
