摘要: 某公司膜分离氢气回收装置以重整装置的PSA解吸气和柴油加氢装置低分气为原料,得到高纯度氢气产品,经济效益显著。装置开工运行以来,膜前聚结器滤芯频繁出现堵塞问题,影响装置长周期运行。对滤芯杂质进行SEM表征、元素分析和化学试验,结果表明造成滤芯堵塞的杂质主要为NH4Cl结晶和吸附剂粉化颗粒。通过采取增设前置过滤器,加强原料气脱氯等手段,有效解决了膜前聚结器的堵塞问题,聚结器滤芯的使用寿命从7 d延长至9个多月,可节省滤芯更换费用150余万元,保证了装置的长周期安全运行。

Abstract: The membrane separation hydrogen recovery unit of a company uses PSA desorbed gas from catalytic reforming unit and low-pressure separation gas from diesel hydrogenation unit as feedstocks to obtain high-purity hydrogen products. Since the unit started operation, the filter element of pre membrane coalescer has been blocked frequently, which affects the long-term operation of the unit. Through SEM characterization, element analysis and chemical test, the results show that the main impurities causing filter plugging are NH4Cl crystal and adsorbent powdered particles. By adding a pre filter and strengthening the dechlorination of feed gas, the blocking problem pre film coalescer is effectively solved. The service life of coalescer filter element is extended from 7 days to more than 9 months, which could save more than 1.5 million yuan in replacement cost of filter element and ensure the long-term safe operation of the unit.
