Abstract: The cause of high content of non-aromatics in the bottom of reforming oil fractionator in the 1.0 MM TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit of SINOPEC Jinling Company is analyzed, and it is found that the mass fraction of non-aromatics is 1.42%, which is far higher than the average content. The problems are analyzed and studied from the aspects of feedstock property change, reaction severity, catalyst properties, inner leakage of reforming plate heat exchanger and operations of reforming oil fractionator. The results show that the high non-aromatic content in the bottom of the reforming oil fractionator is correlated with the reforming reaction severity. On one hand, when the reforming space velocity is high and aromatic potential content of feedstock is high, the bed temperature drop of the reforming reactor is larger. At the constant WAIT (weighted average inlet temperature), the WABT (weighted average bed temperature) drops a lot. On the other hand, with the high content of C6 and C7 in reformate, the feedstock of reforming oil fractionator is consists of more light components, which reduces the separation precision of the fractionator and affects the non-aromatic content in the bottom of the fractionator. After adjustment, the mass fraction of non-aromatics in the bottom of reforming oil fractionator reduces to 0.29%, which returns to the normal level.

摘要: 对中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司1.0 Mt/a连续重整装置重整油分割塔塔底物料中非芳烃含量偏高问题进行分析,其中非芳烃质量分数最高达1.42%,远高于正常值。从重整原料性质变化、反应苛刻度、催化剂性质、换热器泄漏以及重整油分割塔操作等方面对上述问题进行了分析研究。结果表明:重整油分割塔塔底物料中非芳烃含量偏高与重整反应苛刻度有较大相关性。一方面,重整空速及原料芳烃潜含量较高造成床层温降大,在反应器入口温度不变的情况下,其平均床层温度下降较多,重整反应苛刻度不够,反应深度下降;另一方面,重整油中C6和C7组分较多时,分割塔进料组成中轻组分也会偏多,造成塔精度下降,对塔底非芳烃含量带来一定影响。调整后,重整油分割塔塔底物料中的非芳烃质量分数降至0.29%,已恢复正常水平。
