Abstract: The hydroisomerization unit of SINOPEC Tahe Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is an important unit for the production of gasoline blending components. The unit adopts Penex-DIH hydroisomerization technology of UOP company, and uses light naphtha from pre hydrogenation unit of 0.6 MM TPY continuous reforming unit as feedstock to mainly produce blending components of high octane number gasoline. I-82 catalyst had been in operation for 80 months by March 2021, 26 months beyond its design life (54 months). The catalyst has been running normally so far, and the quality indexes of each product are good. Based on the actual operation of the unit, the long-term operation of I-82 catalyst is discussed to provide reference for subsequent operation.

摘要: 中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司临氢异构化装置是生产汽油调合组分的重要装置,该套装置采用美国UOP公司Penex-DIH临氢异构化技术,以600 kt/a连续重整装置预加氢单元轻石脑油为原料,主要生产高辛烷值汽油调合组分。该装置于2014年7月正常开工,至2021年3月,I-82催化剂已经运行80个月,超出其设计寿命(54个月)26个月,至今催化剂仍运行正常,各产品质量指标良好。结合装置实际运行情况,对I-82催化剂长周期运行进行探讨,为后续运行提供参考依据。
