Abstract: The design and actual operation value of the yield of synthetic crude oil products in an oil sands bitumen upgrader is analyzed. The optimization scheme of upgrading process to improve the yields of synthetic crude oil products is discussed in combination with the existing units. The results show that the process combination of solvent deasphalting followed by thermal cracking and the inadequate understanding of the viscosity of the deoiled bitumen result in the low actual operation yields of the synthetic crude oil. The process of vacuum residue thermal cracking first and then solvent deasphalting is discussed. Compared with the original design, the yields of products is 7.5 percentage points higher than the actual operation value, 3.0 percentage points higher than design value.

摘要： 分析了某油砂沥青改质厂合成原油产品收率的设计值与实际运行值,结合现有单元装置,探讨了提高合成原油产品收率的工艺流程优化方案。研究表明,先溶剂脱沥青后热裂化的工艺组合,以及对脱油沥青黏度的认识不充分,造成合成原油实际运行收率偏低。探讨了减压渣油先热裂化再溶剂脱沥青的工艺流程方案。与原设计方案相比,优化的工艺方案馏分油收率比实际运行值提高7.5百分点,比设计收率提高3.0百分点。
