Abstract: The quench water of methanol to olefin (MTO) project generally contains organic matter and catalyst powder, which leads to unstable operation of water washing column, decreased heat exchange efficiency of heat exchanger, frequent off-line cleaning, high labor intensity and cost of operation and maintenance, and seriously affects the long-term, safe and stable operation of the unit. This paper analyzes and compares several common separation methods, proposes that the fluidized bed filtration method has a great competitive advantage in the deep purification of quench water, and focuses on the detailed introduction of the separation process of fluidized bed. Combined with the actual case, the transformation scheme of fluidized bed filtration technology in MTO quench water is put forward. Through the implemented projects, the total suspended solid concentration in MTO quench water reduces from 2 000 mg/L to less than 30 mg/L, which provides the guarantee of the stable operation of MTO quench water system.

摘要: 甲醇制烯烃(MTO)项目普遍存在急冷水中含有有机物及催化剂粉末的情况,导致水洗塔操作不稳定,换热器换热效率下降,需经常离线清洗,运维劳动强度大、费用高,严重影响装置的长期、安全稳定运行。通过分析比较目前常用的几类分离方法,提出沸腾床过滤法在急冷水的深度净化上具有较大竞争优势,重点对沸腾床的分离过程进行了详细介绍。结合实际案例,提出沸腾床过滤技术在MTO急冷水中的改造方案,通过已实施的项目,MTO急冷水中的总悬浮物浓度由改造前的2 000 mg/L降至小于30 mg/L,为MTO急冷水系统的稳定运行提供了保障。
