炼油装置改造设计中离心泵的选型逻辑优化

Abstract: For the selection of the centrifugal pump in in the design of unit transformation, the former selection procedure is helpful to clarify the selection route. However, it is found in practice that there is a lack of specific steps related to technical transformation and check analysis, as well as technical and economic analysis. Through the practice of centrifugal pump selection in unit transformation, it is found that the goal of advanced technology and reasonable economy can be achieved through the specific implementation scheme, performance check and supplementary technical and economic analysis of centrifugal pump recycling or recycling transformation. This paper attempts to supplement and improve the above contents in the selection procedure, in order to achieve a more optimized selection logic method.

摘要: 装置改造设计中离心泵的选型过程复杂,易发生混乱和遗漏。现行的选型程序虽有助于理清选型路线,但实践中发现,该程序中缺少相关技术改造、校核分析以及技术经济性分析的具体步骤。通过装置改造过程的离心泵选型实践,探讨离心泵利旧或利旧改造的具体实施方案、性能校核以及补充技术经济分析等步骤,以实现技术先进、经济合理的目标。尝试在选型程序中补充完善上述内容,以期优化选型逻辑方法。
