Abstract: The industrial application of assistant HOB-A in 1.05 MM TPY MIP-CGP catalytic cracking unit of a company was introduced. The results showed that when the mass fraction of HOB-A was 9.3%, compared with the blank calibration, the yield of gasoline increased from 38.32% to 38.57%,the research octane number increased from 93.5 to 94.5,the octane number of gasoline barrel was increased by 1.73%,the yield of propylene increased from 9.23% to 9.77% ,the total liquid yield increased by 0.86 percentage point. The economic benefits before and after the use of assistant HOB-A were calculated. After the use of assistant, the economic benefits of catalytic cracking unit were greatly improved.

摘要: 介绍了汽油辛烷值桶助剂HOB-A在某公司1.05 Mt/a MIP-CGP(多产异构烷烃和丙烯)催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明:在HOB-A助剂占系统藏量质量分数达到9.3%的情况下,与空白标定相比,汽油收率从38.32%提高到38.57%,研究法辛烷值从93.5提高到94.5,汽油辛烷值桶相对提高1.73%,丙烯质量收率从 9.23% 提高到9.77%,总液体收率提高了0.86百分点。对使用HOB-A助剂前后的经济效益进行测算,使用辛烷值桶助剂后,催化裂化装置的经济效益得到了较大的提升。
