Abstract: The paper introduces the characteristics of high efficiency single spiral heat exchanger and its application in catalyst regeneration technology. By comparing the parameters of process and structure, energy consumption and operation cost of two different catalyst regeneration technologies with shell and tube heat exchangers, it shows that the high efficiency single spiral heat exchanger can deeply recover heat,reduce land occupation and pressure drop. It can be used in catalyst continuous regeneration technology, especially in large scale unit.

摘要: 介绍了高效单旋换热器的特点及其在催化剂再生技术中的应用。两种不同工艺的催化剂再生技术中,通过对比高效单旋换热器与管壳式换热器的工艺及结构参数、能耗、操作费用,说明高效单旋换热器可深度回收热量,减少占地,降低压力降。可应用于催化剂连续再生技术,尤其在大型化装置中的使用更具有明显优势。
