Abstract: It introduces the application of the regeneration technology for deteriorated sulfolane in aromatics extraction unit. The technology has successfully solved the problems of low pH value of sulfoxide solvent, high chloride content and mechanical impurity plugging equipment. With the help of the technology, the pH value of the solvent is above 7.5, the concentration of chloridion down from 64 mg/L to 10 mg/L, and the mechanical impurities in sulfolane is filtered. During the operation of the unit, it found this unit can't be used with monoethanolamine at the same time. The skills and precautions in the resin transformation process are summarized, which is of great significance to guide the production.

摘要: 介绍了劣化环丁砜再生技术在芳烃抽提装置的应用,该技术成功解决了环丁砜溶剂pH值低、氯离子含量高、机械杂质堵塞设备等问题。投用后,溶剂pH值稳定在7.5以上,氯离子质量浓度从64 mg/L降至10 mg/L,且溶剂中的机械杂质能够被过滤掉。在该单元运行过程中,发现单乙醇胺与劣化环丁砜再生单元不可同时使用,总结了树脂转型过程中的技巧以及注意事项,对指导生产有重要意义。
