Abstract: The blending relationship between petroleum-based and coal-based base oils and the blending relationship between coal-based and coal-based base oils are investigated,and the experiments of CI-4 15W40 diesel engine oil blending with coal-based base oils and lubricant additives are carried out. The coal-based base oil A and coal-based base oil B with a mass ratio of 46∶54 are selected as the composite base oil, and the influence of the additive amount on the pour point and kinematic viscosity of the composite base oil is investigated. The results show that the appropriate mass fractions of compounding agent and tackifier are 12% and 5%, respectively. The main physical and chemical properties of the diesel engine oil prepared under this formula all meet the requirements of CI-4 15W40 diesel engine oil standard. Compared with the physical and chemical properties of the same type diesel engine oil on the market, its low-temperature property and viscosity-temperature characteristics are superior.

摘要: 考察石油基与煤基基础油及煤基与煤基基础油之间调合关系,并开展煤基基础油与润滑油添加剂复配调合CI-4 15W40柴油机油实验。选取质量比为46∶54的煤基基础油A与煤基基础油B作为复合基础油,考察添加剂的添加量对复合基础油倾点和运动黏度的影响,结果表明复合剂、增黏剂的合适加入质量分数分别为12%,5%。在此配方下制备的柴油机油主要理化性能均满足CI-4 15W40柴油机油标准要求,与市售同类型品牌柴油机油理化性能对比,其低温性能和黏温性能更优越。
