Abstract:
Methanol in propylene of DCC unit of CNOOC Dongfang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. exceeds the standard. Through analysis, it is found that the main reason is that oxygen-containing substances such as CO, CO2 and O2 are brought into the regeneration inclined pipe of DCC unit to produce methanol under the action of the reaction system and catalyst. Measures such as maintaining the stable fluidization of the two reactors, replacing non purified air with low-pressure steam and increasing the degassing of the regenerated catalyst are taken. It can effectively reduce the methanol content in propylene from 0.018‰ to less than 0.010‰, and ensure that the quality of propylene is qualified.

中海油东方石化有限责任公司DCC装置丙烯产品中甲醇超标,通过分析、查找,发现主要原因:催化裂解装置再生斜管中带入CO,CO2,O2等含氧物质,在反应系统与催化剂生成甲醇。通过采取维持两器平稳流化、用低压蒸汽替换非净化风和增加再生催化剂的脱气等措施,可以有效将丙烯中甲醇质量分数由0.018‰降至0.010‰以下,确保丙烯质量合格。
