Abstract:
Multi-periodic offline recipe optimization for gasoline blending and the synergism with pipeline online blending is one of the key technologies of the clean production of Guo Ⅵ gasoline. The multi-periodic nonlinear model is established by using the optimization method of operations research, according to the blending rules of oil products, restrictions on the production, storage and transportation of blending components, supply and proportion of blending components in each period, etc. Under the target of qualified oil products and maximum profit, the optimal blending recipe and product properties are obtained by optimization calculation. Production dispatcher in an oil refining enterprise can refer to the optimal recipe to provide the initial recipe for online blending of oil products, optimize the weekly or monthly blending structure of component and product, or arrange the scheduling of oil products in a certain period to achieve the purpose of guiding the optimization of blending production.

摘要:
汽油调合多周期离线配方优化及其与管道在线调合的协同,是国Ⅵ汽油清洁生产的关键技术之一。结合油品的调合规则,调合组分生产及储运限制,各周期内调合组分的供给、比例等约束条件,用运筹学最优化方法建立多周期非线性模型。在调合油品质量合格、利润最大的目标下,优化计算得到多周期最优调合配方和产品性质数据。炼油企业生产调度人员可以参考最优配方为油品在线调合提供初始配方,也可优化周度或月度的调合组分结构和调合产品的结构,或安排一定周期内的油品调度排产,以指导调合生产过程优化。
