甲醇制烯烃装置急冷水洗工艺问题分析

Abstract:

The quench-wash unit composed of quench tower, wash tower and stripper tower is a proprietary of MTO process. In the actual operating process, equipment blockage and frequent cleaning caused by large amount of circulating water and high impurity content have seriously affected the long-term stable operation of the unit. By analyzing the operating conditions of quench-wash unit, it can be seen that there are too much catalyst fines and reaction by-products in each tower, which leads to different types of blockage. This paper comprehensively analyzes the operation effect, advantages and disadvantages of the existing technologies such as cyclone separation and packing as well as the rectification measures, and puts forward the rectification scheme of the unit.

摘要:

由急冷塔、水洗塔、汽提塔构成的急冷水洗单元为甲醇制烯烃工艺的特有单元,在实际运行过程中,因循环水量大、杂质含量高造成的设备堵塞、清洗频繁等问题严重影响了装置的长周期稳定运行。通过分析急冷水洗单元的运行工况可知,各塔由于存在催化剂细粉且反应副产物多,从而导致了不同类型的堵塞。综合分析了现有旋流分离、填料等技术及整改措施的运行效果和优缺点,针对性地提出了装置的整改方案。
