Abstract:
In this paper, the causes of clay particles in N56 refrigerator oil base oil after clay refining are deeply studied. According to the flow of clay contact process, it is speculated that filter paper and clay may be the main factors causing the oil products to contain clay particles. Through analyzing the existing filter paper, 184 clay and Mali clay, it is concluded that the unqualified filter paper model is the main reason for the presence of clay particles in refrigerator oil, and the clay is not the main reason. However, in view of the differences in the use of 184 clay and Mali clay, while researching and analyzing the above problems, the improvement measures such as improving the quality analysis items of active clay are put forward.

摘要:
对白土精制后N56号冷冻机油基础油中含有白土颗粒的原因进行了深入研究,根据白土补充精制工艺流程推测,滤纸和白土可能是造成油品含白土颗粒的主要因素。通过对滤纸进行分析,得出滤纸型号不合格是造成冷冻机油含白土颗粒的主要原因;对现用的184白土和麦厘白土进行了性质分析,确定白土不是造成冷冻机油白土处理后油含白土的主要原因。但是鉴于184白土和麦厘白土在使用上的差异性,通过对以上问题的研究与分析,提出了完善活性白土的质量分析项目等改进措施。
