Abstract: At present, in the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipeline, a single 12 meters long steel pipe (hereinafter referred to as 12 m pipe) is mostly put into use, and a single 18 meters long steel pipe (hereinafter referred to as 18 m pipe) is gradually put into use in some projects. The differences between 18 m pipe and 12 m pipe are comprehensively compared in terms of direct economic benefits and indirect safety and quality benefits. This paper takes a section of 100 km pipeline as an example, the direct economic benefits are quantitatively analyzed from four aspects: production cost, transportation cost, construction measure cost and construction butt welding cost. The investment saved by using 18 m pipe is 4.760 1 million yuan. Although limited by the use of terrain, logistics and other problems, 18 m pipe has the advantages of reducing the number of welding joints, saving investment cost, improving construction efficiency and operation safety, and the larger the diameter of oil pipeline, the more cost savings. In coastal and other areas with developed logistics and transportation and flat installation terrain, the application of 18 m pipe has certain promotion advantages.

摘要: 目前,在石油、天然气长距离输送管道建设中,传统的单根12 m长钢管(简称12 m管)用量居多,单根 18 m 长钢管(简称18 m管)在一些项目中逐步投入使用。从直接经济效益和间接安全质量效益两方面综合比较了18 m管和12 m管的差异。其中,直接经济效益以某100 km线路为例,从生产成本、运输费用、施工措施费用和施工组对焊接费用4个方面定量进行分析,采用18 m管节约投资476.01万元。虽然受限于使用地形、物流等一些问题,但18 m管具有焊口数量减少、投资成本节约、施工效率提高、运营安全性提升等优点,且输油管道口径越大,费用节省得越多。在沿海等区域物流运输发达且安装地势平缓,18 m管应用具有一定的推广优势。
