Abstract: The types of C4 alkylation technology are introduced. The main technologies such as sulfuric acid method, hydrofluoric acid method, ionic liquid method and solid acid method are compared and analyzed in terms of reactor type, process parameters, energy and material consumption. Select the sulfuric acid method, hydrofluoric acid method and ionic liquid method with existing application performance, conduct technical and economic evaluation under the unified benchmark, parameters and price, and give comprehensive evaluation opinions and suggestions. The comparison results show that the economy of sulfuric acid alkylation is between hydrofluoric acid method and ionic liquid method, and there is still room for improvement in reducing the cost of ionic liquid alkylation. The domestic sulfuric acid alkylation technology has advantages over the imported technology in economy due to its low investment and similar technical indexes.

摘要: 介绍了碳四烷基化技术工艺类型,从反应器型式、工艺参数、能耗、物耗等方面对硫酸法、氢氟酸法、离子液法、固体酸法等主要技术进行了对比分析;选择已有应用业绩的硫酸法、氢氟酸法、离子液法3类工艺技术,在统一的基准、参数与价格下,进行技术经济评价,并给出综合评价意见与建议。对比结果表明:硫酸法烷基化的经济性介于氢氟酸、离子液法之间,离子液烷基化在降低成本方面仍存在改进空间;国产化硫酸法烷基化技术由于投资低,技术指标相当,在经济上较引进技术具有一定优势。
