Abstract: In this paper, a series of achievements on hydrogenation technologies and their industrial application in the production of special oil products with low contents of sulfur, nitrogen, and aromatics from petroleum distillates, and the establishment of standard of light white oil are summarized. Results of industrial application indicate that light white oil with aromatics mass fraction under 0.03% can be produced with diesel fraction through aromatics deep saturation process with matching catalyst, which meets the standard of grade Ⅱ light white oil in NB/SH/T 0913—2015, and gradeⅡ/Ⅲ lube base oils and rubber filling oils can be produced with vacuum gas oil through hydrotreating and isodewaxing/hydrofinishing technology. In addition, food grade white oil and animal vaccine grade white oil can be produced with hydrotreating base oil after deep hydrofining. The developed series of hydrogenation technologies of special oil products and the establishment of standard of light white oil can provide technical support for the structure adjustment of petroleum industry, the deployment of “Conversion from Fuels to Special Oils”, and the improvement of quality and efficiency of enterprises, and thereby fulfill carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals early.

摘要:
总结了利用石油馏分生产低硫、低氮、低芳烃特种油产品的加氢技术及其工业应用和轻质白油标准制定系列成果。工业应用结果表明:以柴油馏分为原料,通过芳烃深度饱和工艺和配套催化剂,可生产芳烃质量分数小于0.03%的轻质白油,满足NB/SH/T 0913—2015Ⅱ类轻质白油产品标准;以减压蜡油为原料,采用加氢处理-异构脱蜡/补充精制组合技术,可生产Ⅱ/Ⅲ类润滑油基础油、橡胶填充油。此外,加氢基础油经过深度加氢精制可生产食品级白油产品和动物疫苗用白油。开发的系列特种油品生产技术和制定的轻质白油标准为石油行业的产业结构调整、“油转特”战略部署实施及企业提质增效提供了技术支撑,有助于早日实现“双碳”目标。
