Abstract:

Under the background of “dual carbon” target, the petrochemical industry is facing the pressure of green, low-carbon and clean transformation. Nuclear energy has prominent advantages in safety, reliability, economy, low carbon, environmental protection and other aspects. As a representative of the fourth generation nuclear energy technology, high temperature gascooled reactor(HTGR) has the advantages of high inherent safety, good economy, recyclable nuclear fuel, small waste generation, modularization, physical prevention of nuclear proliferation and so on. It is called “the non-meltdown reactor”. The coupled application of HTGR in the petrochemical industry will play an outstanding role in replacing fossil fuels and hydrogen production from nuclear energy, and will be implemented in three stages: ice-breaking, breakthrough and deep fusion. In order to speed up the construction of HTGR coupling demonstration project, relevant suggestions are put forward in terms of policies and regulations, standard system, safety emergency, etc., to promote the petrochemical industry to speed up the construction of a safe, efficient, clean and low-carbon comprehensive energy system.

摘要:

在“双碳”目标背景下,石化行业面临绿色低碳清洁化转型压力。核能在安全性、可靠性、经济性和低碳、环保等方面优势突出,高温气冷堆作为第四代核能技术的代表,具有固有安全性高、经济性好,核燃料可循环、废物产生量小,模块化、物理防止核扩散等优点,被称为“不会熔毁的反应堆”。高温气冷堆在石化行业的耦合应用,在替代化石燃料和核能制氢领域将发挥突出作用,预计将按照破冰、突破和深度融合三个阶段实施。为加快高温气冷堆耦合示范工程建设,在政策法规、标准体系、安全应急等方面提出相关建议,促进石化行业加快建成安全高效、清洁低碳的综合能源体系。
