Abstract:
Based on the process flow and power configuration of the existing gasoline, kerosene and diesel hydrofining units, the problems existing in the energy consumption of the units are analyzed. In terms of technology, energy saving measures have been taken such as processing coking gasoline independently in 1# hydrogenation unit, adding hot feed and heat combination to the units, increasing hot high pressure separation process to 3# hydrogenation unit. In terms of energy saving of rotating equipment, measures have been taken such as adding stepless gas capacity regulation system of make-up hydrogen compressor, pump impeller cutting and frequency conversion fan of heating furnace. The energy consumption of gasoline, kerosene and diesel hydrofining units decreases from 608.6 MJ/t(including ethanolamine solvent regeneration) in 2019 to 518.2 MJ/t in 2021, and the power cost decreases from 34.13 yuan per ton to 29.08 yuan per ton, with remarkable energy saving effect.

从现有的汽煤柴油加氢精制装置工艺流程和动力配置出发,分析了装置用能存在的问题。工艺上采取了1号加氢装置单独加工焦化汽油、增上装置热供料和热联合、3号加氢装置增加热高压分离流程节能措施,转动设备节能方面增上了新氢压缩机无级气量调节系统、机泵叶轮切削和加热炉风机变频措施,汽煤柴油加氢精制装置的能耗从2019年的608.6 MJ/t(含乙醇胺溶剂再生)下降到2021年的518.2 MJ/t,动力成本从34.13元/t下降到29.08元/t,节能效果显著。
