Abstract:
Combined with the example of a 2.0 MM TPY hydrocracking unit, the characteristics of the high-pressure wound-tube heat exchanger and the application of the overlapping wound-tube heat exchanger in the hydrocracking unit are introduced. The basic and notice points of the equipment layout, piping layout and flexible design of the high-pressure wound-tube heat exchanger are summarized, the arrangement of single wound-tube heat exchanger and overlapping wound-tube heat exchanger are compared. By using overlapped high-pressure wound-tube heat exchanger with high heat exchange efficiency and less land occupation, the land area could be reduced by 44%, the total cost could be saved by 43%, which could lessen investment of the unit. The calculation results of stress analysis show that the overlapping arrangement of heat exchangers not only meets the requirements of nozzle stress and pipe stress, but also saves pipe materials.

结合某2.0 Mt/a加氢裂化装置工业应用实例,介绍了加氢裂化装置高压缠绕管换热器的特点和重叠式缠绕管换热器的应用,对高压缠绕管换热器设备布置、管道布置、柔性设计等方面的基本要点和注意事项进行了总结,并对单台缠绕管换热器与重叠式缠绕管换热器的布置方式进行了对比。缠绕管换热器换热效率高、占地面积小,并重叠布置,占地面积节约了44%,管道材料总费用节约了43%,降低了装置投资。应力分析计算结果表明,换热器重叠布置既满足管嘴受力和管道应力要求,又节省管材。
