Abstract:
Through the brief introduction of solid acid alkylation process, operation instructions and product analysis, the characteristics of solid acid alkylation process and alkylated oil are expounded. By comparing the product index of alkylated oil with the standard of vehicle gasoline, it is concluded that alkylated oil is an ideal blending component of gasoline. The component analysis of alkylated oil shows that its main component is isoparaffins, and its mass fraction can reach more than 90%, in particular, the mass fraction of C8 is more than 70%. Sampling and analyzing the alkylated oil of a solid acid alkylation unit every 4 hours, it is found that with the increase of reaction time, the content of C8 component in the alkylated oil, including the target product isooctane, decreases gradually, and the content of C12 component increases gradually. It shows that with the increase of reaction time, the activity of solid acid catalyst decreases gradually, and it needs to be regenerated to restore the activity.

摘要:
通过对固体酸烷基化工艺的简介、操作说明、产品分析,阐明了固体酸烷基化工艺及其产物(烷基化油)的特点。对比烷基化油产品指标与车用汽油标准,得出烷基化油是理想的汽油调合组分。对烷基化油进行组分分析,得出其主要成分为异构烷烃,质量分数能够达到90%以上,尤其是其中的C8组分质量分数达到70%以上。对某固体酸烷基化装置烷基化油每4 h进行取样分析发现:随反应时间的增加,烷基化油中C8组分,包括目标产物异辛烷,含量逐渐降低,C12组分含量逐渐增加。这说明,随着反应时间的增加,固体酸催化剂活性逐渐降低,需要再生恢复活性。
